I had a very nice bed and a hot shower, which I needed after 15 hours of travel to Bath. Sandra and Kim took excellent care of me in my weary state, giving me fruit, juice and lots of good sightseeing advice (and discounts!). I highly recommend a soak in the Thermae Spa (a perfect antidote to jet lag) and... More

Lovely room, amazing breakfast and a fantastic location to visit Baths attractions, parked the car and walked everywhere! Definitely will return. Lots of information given on arrival and recommendations on where to eat etc. enjoyed our stay and will return very soon! Would recommend for a romantic break away. Would say about an 8 min walk to The Abbey and... More

This BnB is perfect. It is just out of the center of Bath. There is a off street parking. The room are spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is hearty and delicious. I recommand this place unhesitatingly.

Of all the places we stayed on this trip, this was my absolute favorite. Clean, light airy rooms. Chairs to sit on and tables to lay things on. Comfortable beds and a large bathroom. And it actually had a bathtub in addition to hot showers. We were glad for a wifi that actually worked, which didn’t often happen in our... More

We stayed here for a long weekend in June. The B&B was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the staff were so so friendly; and the breakfasts are not to be missed. Parking is provided. In easy walking distance of town centre. Absolutely lovely; would definitely book there again. Good value for money.

Chestnuts House is a small, scrupulously clean B&B about 10 mins walk from the centre of Bath. We stayed for two nights in Room 2, a charming room with windows to front and over the rear garden. The room had everything we needed and some lovely White Company toiletries. Breakfast was very good, Including a delicious fresh fruit salad and... More

We stayed just the one night at Chestnuts House and fit in a tour of the baths and a walk around the city. CH is a B&B. It hit my 3 'C's. Clean, close and comfortable. The room and house were very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. It was less than 10 mins walk through either park or neighbourhood to... More

Hosts were very friendly and, upon arrival, recommended a number of local attractions/restaurants, which they marked on a mini map for us. Room itself was very spacious and nicely furnished. It had everything you could possibly need and felt homely. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. There was a huge selection of fruit/yoghurt/pastries etc. plus a menu from which you... More

My family and I stayed one night in Chestnuts in July and it was absolutely fantastic from the booking through to checkout. We traveled with a 7 month old baby and while they do provide travel cots, another guest was using it that night. However, they offered to try and find us one but we were able to provide our... More

If and when you come to town of Bath in England, Chestnuts House is the place to stay in. Pleasant welcome and a nice comfortable rooms, but the highlight of the stay is the breakfast served with a smile and instructions where to go and where to visit. We will return there for sure.
