Stayed here for two nights on a training course. Felt thoroughly spoiled by the time we left. The room was fantastic, bed was very comfortable and fresh milk was appreciated. During our training there were drinks always on tap and more than enough delicious food! The staff were friendly and there always seemed to be someone on hand if you... More

By reputation, Bath has a very crowded core, so we purposefully looked for a quality hotel away from the center. Set on a treed hill just outside the center (but still very accessible by bus or taxi), Bailbrook was a stunning refurbished country house with added, modern accommodation that was well in keeping with the original property. The valet (Otto... More

Came with my girlfriend for a two night break. The weather was fantastic which I'm sure has helped with how great the stay in bath has been. The hotel itself is lovely. Very professional staff who we decided to avoid because we are the sort of people who enjoy our breaks without much interference. The hotel staff didn't interfere with... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was superb from start to finish. The room was luxurious and well appointed. Our room was on the 3rd floor of the court next to the main house. We ate in the conservatory restaurant on the first night and it was delicious to say the... More

We booked a two day stay at this hotel and wished we had planned for a longer stay. All the staff were most helpful and polite. The room was bigger than other hotels with a large and comfortable bed. We slept well for the two nights. The room had two, rather than the usual one, comfortable chairs. The bathroom was... More

This hotel is slightly out of town but you can get a bus or walk into Bath from here quite easily, although if you have luggage a taxi is the best option because there's a pretty steep hill. Having said that, I think it's a great hotel for the price. The rooms are huge - all in the "modern" part... More

Had one night stay here whilst visiting our son who is at the university. Room large, very comfortable and well equipped. Only quibble I would mention is we would prefer a shower with a hand held attachment but can't have everything! We had requested a quiet room and were given one which had lovely view over surrounding countryside. Service throughout... More

The staff are excellent at the hotel; friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We ate in the 'Cloisters' restaurant in the hotel one night and had good food. The city centre is a bus ride away so no need to take the car which was good. Breakfast was typical hotel food and perfectly acceptable.
