This place is a gem! We stayed in the apartment for two nights, which has all you need including central heating, king sized bed with duvet and two pillows each, shower room with power shower and plenty of hot water, separate living/ dining area with dining table, comfortable settee, TV and DVD, separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/... Excellent quality B&B. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast, especially the delicioius fresh fruit salad. Very good location for both Bath Spa railway station and the city centre. Front rooms do have a lot of noise from the main road outside, but advantages outweigh this drawback.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights. On arrival, we were immediately provided with a parking permit. There was plenty of parking about. The owners are not at all stingy with heating, and the room was toasty warm when we arrived (you can of course adjust to suit yourself). The bed is really cosy and you won't want... More

Great Location: 5min easy walk to CBD where you can see all the attractions or get some dinner. Breakfast - cooked with three options (English brekky plus more! - I had smoked salmon & scrambled eggs), and yummy! Rooms: Clean, everything you need (please put some hot chocolate in there for non-coffee/tea drinkers!). Free wifi, free on street parking. Also,... More

I stayed one night at the Radnor when I was in the process of moving to Bath. The heating had gone out, but they had provided more than enough space heaters to warm the place, despite the negative temperatures. The breakfast was delicious and it was really nice that there was more than just the standard English breakfast available (like... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night and everything about it was excellent. Peter greeted us and gave us the parking permit straightaway, it's off-street parking and there was plenty of space around the guest house. It's only a 7-10 minute walk to the centre of Bath so we never had to use the car. We had the front... More

Best accomodation we stayed in during our travels. Peter gave us such a friendly welcome when we checked in. The room was great, clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was glorious! The guest house is only a short walk into town and to the rail station (5-10mins). Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!
