Firstly the rooms are small and in desperate need of some TLC- pretty shabby and based around a steep and winding staircase. Below is my terrible customer service experience but all in all one of the worst hotel's I have stayed in. I have travelled around the world in a whole range of different accommodations and I have never been... More

Stayed here for one night, location is great right in the centre of Bath. Breakfast really nice I had eggs royal which was eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The hotel is part of the Loch Fyne fish restaurant check in/ out is in the bar area of the restaurant which is no problem. We parked in Charlotte street car park,... More

This hotel is in a great location, right by several restaurants, bars and shops. Also only a short walk to the Roman baths and other tourist attractions. The hotel is located above a seafood restaurant, and you access it through the restaurant and check in at the bar. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. After the restaurant closes you... Fantastic location - right in centre of shopping street in Bath. Very very long 3 flights of stairs so not suitable unless fit and well. Room v small but had all u need. Restaurant- dinner and breakfast were exceptionally good. Worth it just for that!

Pro's: - the room was huge and nice - the breakfast was gorgeous (loads of fish dishes which is a bit different) - the dinner (only ate there one night) was OK - the location is perfect - staff excellent Con's: - the shower was a tiny compartment and could have been far bigger given the overall size of the... We found this hotel online and one of the reasons we booked it was because it said it had "parking". Not so unfortunately, we had to park in a short term car park to actually find the hotel and on checking in we were told that we had to park in a long term car park some 10 minutes walk... More

From reading the reviews we knew that the Milsoms Hotel was above a fish restaurant so that wasn't a surprise to us. When we arrived it took a while to be seen to because the restaurant was busy and there is no separate check in area for hotel guests. Once a staff member was free they were polite and friendly.... The hotel is more of a restaurant with rooms, with the reception being at the restaurant bar. Not ideal but we chose the hotel for the position as we were attending a friends wedding reception only a few minutes walk away. The room was on the top floor and it was clean and well prepared. The bathroom was very clean... More

On arrival at this hotel we were shown through the restaurant through the toilet door to the stairs of the hotel (I knew there were no lifts before coming but was not quite prepared for these) we had a room on the top floor that was up 74 very steep winding staircase - my asthma did not like it much!...
