We stayed at the Milsoms Hotel last week for three nights - it couldn’t be better for a central town location, as it really is in the heart of the city. The building itself looks great - it’s grand architecture which Bath is famed for. The hotel feautures a Loch Fyne Restaurant, and the entrance to the restaurant and the... More

Here for 2 nights, quite expensive for 1 person, the Loch Fyne breakfast more than made up for it. Knew that you had to enter through the restaurant and that there were only stairs, no lift. Approx 40 stairs to the second floor. Krups coffee machine which fooled me, had to ask for help on how to work it, found... More

This little boutique hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Bath within walking distance to tourist attractions. Rooms are modern and trendy and comfortable with nice large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to your specifications - no buffet stuff here. It hotel is attached to the Loch Fyne restaurant which does a champagne brunch. There... More

Described as a boutique hotel, situated right in the centre of Bath, Milsoms lived up to the latter - it couldn't have been better located. But the rest of the package was disappointing, given the £190 per room, per night, price tag for bed and breakfast. The room was just about big enough, but the en-suite, although fitted to a... Took three colleagues away for a spot of 'training' in bath and speak for all of us when I say that Milsloms is a really very nice place to stay. There are a lot of stairs - it's true but not so many, and in reality who doesn't need the exercise? All of the rooms were nicely furnished, good beds... More

A really gorgeous hotel, really lovely facilities including the restaurant below. Only negative was that there was no lift! The bed was just right and the bathroom was stunning and the service first class.

If you like the idea of "out-doing", then you can regularly congratulate yourself on almost doubling the performance of the hero, Richard Hannay, and his battle with "The Thirty-Nine Steps" (author: John Buchan). There is no lift at the hotel; yet the climb up the stairs is worth it PROVIDED THAT you get "our" room on the corner, with its... More

Lovely clean modern room with everything you need, looking right over bath. Staff were so friendly, breakfast was delicious and the menu for the restaurant looked amazing. Definitely visit again, walking distance from everywhere you'll need to go.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly. Restaurant looked really nice and very busy. Breakfast was wonderful and very relaxed atmosphere. Good situation for the shops and 10 min walk from train station. Rooms are small but perfect for a weekend break Would definately return.

I stayed for one night with my wife on the 7th. There is no parking at the hotel due to its central location. I parked at Charlotte street car park (Sat Nav Postcode BA12NB) which is quite an easy walk to the hotel, taking 5-10 mins walk. Entrance to the hotel is via the restaurant. Upon entering the hotel we... More
