The only thing going for this hotel is the location, the double room we stayed in was average at best, have stayed in Travelodges that are in better condion and being in a listed building is no excuse for its dilapidated state. The entrance to the hotel is poor, through the restaurant and then through the back passing through what... More

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better , hotel itself could do with a lick of paint and the stairs are very steep( but it's a listed building so to be expected). Room small and very average . All in all a comfortable nights stay.

Lovely old hotel in the middle of Bath. Rooms were beautiful and well worth the money to upgrade to a feature room. Stairs may cause a problem to those who struggle, but they are a nice feature to the hotel. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice and excellent service. would definitely return.

Really central....could be some noise from the road due to central location, but did not bother us slept right through till morning! ( would suggest a touch up on the paint on the stairs, would not good for less mobile , steep stairs...Very welcoming and friendly............... and our room was great ( room 1) so easy to walk around Bath... No parking makes staying at Milsoms very difficult as I had to carry my bags 2 blocks up the road then up 2 flights of stairs. My customer service experience was poor and it took quite a while to check in after already booking online. I must comment that the location is superb, breakfast was delicious and the room is... Super friendly staff, great location, clean, bed & pillows super comfy, decent shower & delicious breakfast. Would stay again. Stairs to room not suited for frail or impaired. Highly recommend dining at the Loch Fyne associated with hotel. Emma S- Australia

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of town which is perfect for shopping, dining and a short walk from the spa. The in house restaurant was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated however it could have done with a little bit of updating. Overall though, Very pleased with the... More

Friendly helpful staff who made us feel welcome. Breakfast extremely good. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. The rooms are very warm and the noise from the street goes on all night. The location in the center of Bath is excellent.

I would like to start with finding a hotel in the centre of Bath that will accomodate a one night stay on a Saturday night is very hard! The Milsoms Hotel does offer this and upon booking, the hotel states there are a number of stairs, no elevator, no Reception area and that the hotel is shared with the Loch... More

Booked using Laterooms.com and paid £65.00 for a double en-suite room. It is located very centrally above a Loch Fyne Restaurant (the group own the hotel). Reception is at the bar in the restaurant. There are only nine rooms and we were handed the key to room 9. There are steep stairs so definitely not for the infirm or elderly.... More
