10 mins walk from all the sights, free parking, comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast is ok but can be busy on Sunday morning so go down early. We had a family room, which was a double bed and sofa bed and it was very good, I would stay here again as it would be very difficult to beat for value... more

The hotel was what you would expect from an Express. The check-in and out was good: quick and polite. Sunday breakfast was a joke: not enough milk, cutlery, plates, cups, etc If you want to have something to eat when you get to the dinning area I suggest a very early breakfast. Good value hotel. Rooms big eough for us (4 adults in two twins). Breakfast was good and included in the price. Walk into town was through carpark of Homebase and Sainsburys but actually this cit a lot of time off journey. Staff were all helpful and courteous. Stayed overnight to experience the Thermae Pool/Spa in Bath and this hotel was in an excellent location. We could walk to the main historical center (and the Thermae Spa) in about 15 minutes, there's a supermarket close by, a Nepalese restaurant across the street, free car parking (something that sets it apart from other Bath hotels) and a great buffet... more

stayed at this hotel whilst on girls weekend, hotel is in a good location,very clean and with free parking. staff at front desk were very helpful. the only draw back was the breakfast-not enough tables for the amount of guests and when we were there they ran out of cups,glasses,cutlery,butter etc more
