Really nice, fresh, bright pub. Food was amazing and really good prices. I recommend you come and try it before they realise how good they are and start to put there prices up. Really cosy little traditional pub with a fun light atmosphere. Wide range of drunks available.

Looking for a quick snack, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We had a steak & ale pie and an omelette with chips & peas. Tasty and good quality pub food, with friendly customer service!

Good basic pub accommodation. Plenty of room for a couple, a family would be ok but probably only short term if small kids . Friendly owners, good location with buses at the door. Shops with all the basics down the side street and good value.

We stayed at the New Crown Inn in august 2015 for three nights. We had the ground level family room which had a good amount of room for three of us, we used a spare single bed to store bags etc. The room had a fridge and tea and coffee supplied, we also got cereal provided for breakfast. The room... More

Comfortable bed with all amenities, near to town what more could you want . Basic Breakfast. No problem about late nights as own key provided . Slightly noisy until the bar closed but has a television . I have no problem with booking again

My husband, daughter and I came to Bath to visit the Roman Baths, Stonehenge and the Abbey. New Crown Inn is a 10 minute taxi ride from the Abbey Hotel. (The Abbey Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the trIn station.) the room was a cozy room for 3 with old-fashioned decor. A cold breakfast was provided. The... More

We had a great stay here. The proprietors bent over backwards to accommodate us at short notice at Easter and we were given a reduced room rate for the small interior room. There was no rush to leave and everyone in the pub downstairs was local and colourful! A proper old school pub with all the pros and cons that... More

The bare necessities of life is apt but it's all you need and very good value. No dedicated parking and not for anyone wanting an early night but clean and convenient for a base to exploring Bath. Nearby bus stop frequent buses. All the amenities you want and easy to find. Thankyou Penny
