Booked a long weekend to relax and celebrate a special anniversary. Self catering worked well, no time frames and apartment (Atrium) very spacious and airy. Provided a comfortable living space, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen diner (conservatory) was bright, the wet room a real treat, plenty of room and the separate loo perfectly adequate. Only downside to being... More

Had a wonderful 2 night stay Aug 2015. Would highly recommend. The room was just lovely, spacious yet cosy. Beautifully decorated, clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location is superb, a short walk into Bath city centre with plenty of places to explore such as Bath Abbey, The Roman Baths, shops, restaurants and the visitor... With town centre a 10 minute walk away, Number 17 is a prime location which is reasonably priced considering other B&B/hotels cost central to Bath. With a stunning view of Bath cathedral welcoming you in the morning (or a late night return) and a tesco express 5 minutes away, this is a prime location to stay. Spacious room in our... More

We stayed here for one night at the end of June as our daughter was graduating from Bath University. We had very complicated arrangements with the lease on her flat expiring on the day of graduation and family members arriving from different locations at different times. I telephoned a few days before and explained the situation and ask if an... More

We stayed here for two nights in the ground floor Atrium apartment. This apartment consisted of a large bed / sitting room, a small shower room, a small room with toilet and basin and a conservatory which contained a kitchen and a dining table with chairs. Everything looked newly refurbished and was clean and tidy. The apartment has a parking space... More

Great location for the city centre, a few minutes flat walking and you are in the heart of the city. Lovely building but a little 'tired'. Free parking was a huge attraction but beware it is limited so if you go out for the day and get back late you will struggle to park. The owners are off site so... More

Booked 2 nights at Number 17 with my wife. Photos looked ok and location was good. Bath seems to be quite expensive place to stay and opted for Number 17 based on price and location. We greeted when we arrived and he told us all about the parking rules and the process to return the key, we couldn't wait for... More

I am always a bit suspicious when a hotel feels the need to take full payment for a 2 night booking a month or so before you arrive. I booked this hotel through a booking website and it said on the website that some hotels pre-authorise your card before arrival. Well this hotel took the full amount for 2 nights.... More

Walking from all the good places in town, Very professional, Parking in the compound. Very clean with all the necessary things in the room. The king room on the ground floor with the kitchen with glass on all sides, Superb ! We didn't remove the car for 2 days everything we wanted to do was walking ! Little expensive but... More
