Stayed 2 nights and couldn't fault it. Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and tidy and very well located in the centre of Bath. Extremely cheap and great value for money. What more could you ask for?

When I'm away on business a comfortable bed is king - and these are. The rooms are recently refurbished and comfortable, bathrooms very utilitarian but showers powerful. Well and centrally located for me, so on merit of price; great value. A little road noise even with the secondary glazing but you are in the city. Not somewhere I'd take the... More

I liked the original sash window in my 3rd floor room, until I tried sleeping. The wind rattled the top half all night, keeping me awake. I succeeded the following two nights of my stay in jamming it with several thick wedges of cards, which worked perfectly. I then slept well. Room appeared grubby, and bath stain was off-putting. The... More

The room was huge and the bed was massive. It was the best bed I have ever slept in, very comfortable. The room was very quiet and we slept like a baby! The only negative point I would say is that there is no restaurant serving hot breakfast in the hotel.

The room was clean. The "view from the window was onto a courtyard. In a net over it were empty beer cans and what looked like a used babies nappy in a plastic bag! No soap in the dispensers. No parking whatsoever, not even for Blue Badge Holders. The Hotel recommended parking in Charlotte Street long stay car park. No concessions... More

This hotel has one single redeeming feature: it's very centrally located. Otherwise it's a torture chamber - our room on the 3rd (309) was simply terrible in pretty much every respect! A group of 7 of us spent the night last weekend, and whilst you don't have high expectations of a travelodge, you still expect the basics to be covered... More

The Hotel is located in central ( the middle of the city so wherever you plan to go it takes max 25 minutes... Many shops and restaurants in the area. Reasonable price and very helpful staff. The Receptionist Jessica was very nice to me and my husband and she went extra mile to make our stay great. There was another... More

After a really long and busy day all I wanted was sleep. My bathroom had hair left in the tub but my room was fairly clean. Staff are friendly however, I was awoken at 2/3am by the drunk students outside who didn't disperse till around 4am. No parking facility and I won't be staying again.

The site prewarns that there is a Nightclub below the Hotel. We had 4 rooms on the first floor and one on the second, I heard no noise from the Club but the other rooms did so try and ask to be put on a higher level. No parking onsite which could get a little costly but the location of... More
