This was a 2 night weekend trip to enjoy the Christmas markets. The hotel is central and the shower worked but these are the only positives. Excellent location, staff and breakfast OK - that's the positives taken care of. However, the rooms were tired, uncomfortable, need a lot of maintenance with things loose or not working properly (or at all), and the car park (of sorts) is a total nightmare - I pity the poor staff who suffer the frustration of frustrated customers venting about it... We stayed for one night, at the end of November. We only chose this hotel as it was the cheapest option, so we weren't expecting great things! The photos on the website are extremely misleading. Suggesting an elegant luxurious hotel. The decor and furniture in the rooms are old and worn. Bed was broken. bathroom tiny.
