We were really looking forward to our anniversary weekend away at the Royal Park, but we were so disappointed with the attic room they gave us. Firstly, it is not an en suite at all, the bathroom is a completely separate room across a small landing, not what was requested or pointed out when we booked. Secondly the bedroom itself... more

We are a group of 5 women. Our stay at Royal Park guest house was excellent. Lisa and Nick were so helpful, Lisa booked a table for dinner for us, and advised us where the best places to go were. We all felt really comfortable, and breakfast was just fantastic! The guest house was a stones throw away from all... more

This guesthouse was just lovely. Bedroom modern and comfortable. Breakfast was as good as they get. The owner was welcoming, friendly and shared great tips as where to go etc. Perfectly located for walking to all nearby attractions. Highly recommend this guesthouse and Bath which is beautiful. more

Just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic stay, so wanted to leave a review on here. Lisa and Nick made us feel really at home with recommendations on the best places to go for food, drink and entertainment and a delicious breakfast to set us up for the day. I have stayed in Bath in guesthouses many times before and this was the most disappointing, especially as we decided to up our budget and pay more as it was a special occassion. We stayed in the attic room and were sorry to see it was such a tiny room, the bathroom though separate was quite roomy. We were also... more

Stayed here for one night on 4th December. We wanted a central location so that we could visit the Christmas Market which we have heard a lot about and is definately worth a visit, hardly any tat. Shops in Bath are great as there are lots of independants still - leave the car elsewhere as traffic is dire ( this... more

Have just come back from a fantastic weekend in Bath, The Royal Park B & B is brilliantly located near the town just a short walk. The accomodation offered some where to park the car and leave it for the weekend a real benefit. I traveled with my sisiter and twelve year old niece, Lisa and Nick offer a great... more

Stayed for 2 nights. The Guest house is within easy walking distance of the town, which meant the car could stay put in the Guest House's car park. The hosts Nick and Lisa were perfect, offering friendly advice but also giving us enough space. Very tasty breakfasts, with lashings of toast. Comfortable accomodation, clean and tidy. Plenty to see and... more
