Recently had to book a trip to Bath and looked for a town centre hotel, this hotel was found using Expedia, As far as I was concerned the booking was completed correctly, two days later I was asked for a review of my stay, so I double checked the booking and it showed the wrong date, they had taken the... Booked this last minute because of it's location and price. 5 minute walk from Bath Spa station and the shops so location is fab. Stayed Saturday and Sunday night, didn't get much sleep on Saturday due to it being over a bar but knew that when we booked. Room was fine, comfy beds and quite spacious. Had to leave the... More

Travelling to Bath on a business trip, I chose Parade Park due to it being in close vicinity to the bus pick up location for folks attending the same conference. The conference recommended hotel's blocked rooms were already fully booked and I did not want to pay almost double that amount for the "normal" rate. I have to rate my... More

Having booked the room on line based on Trip advisor write ups and photographs which were supposedly of the rooms, I arrived to find our accommodations comprised a box-room with a bed in it and a shower room with such a low ceiling it was virtually impossible to sit on the lavatory. The shower had two settings, Ice and scalding.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in September. It was a last minute trip away and it was very difficult to find any other hotels with rooms available at such short notice. The hotel is in a great location, extremely central to the town centre, so, within short walking distance to shops, Roman baths, the recreation ground... More

Probably my own fault but I booked this on line and found it severely wanting. I'm more of a five star person but (god knows why) I booked the cheapest thing online. Why would I try to save money like that? I don't know but I ended up in a crappy room with a sink. Shared bathroom!!!

Stayed with my mum for a weekend break. Perfect location 5 min walk from the station. Overlooking a pretty park with the river 50 yards away. Lots of restaurants nearby and 5 mins stroll to the Baths and Spa. Large bright twin room (3) at the front which was lovely, sitting in window in the afternoon enjoying the park views.... More

Really welcoming, switched on and informative staff, both at the front desk and in the breakfast room; super location; fast, free wi-fi; pub on the ground floor (result!); clean rooms; good value; walking distance (within minutes) of main attractions such as Roman Baths, Abbey, numerous, old pubs and cool restaurants, good breakfast (although an English breakfast would have been a... I stayed here last year and decided to come again. The staff are very helpful and very friendly.Perfect location. Plenty of choice for breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable. Yes, the hotel needs a lick of paint but don't let that put you off. I would stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our trip! It was centrally located and was reasonably priced. We walked everywhere and it was very easy to get back to the room for a break or an umbrella (we forgot it!) The rooms were charming with the antique furniture and wardrobe. The bathroom could use an update but overall we were pleased... More
