We booked this hotel because of the central placement. When we arrived the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel itself needs a proper upgrade. Our room was big, but very worn down. No desk and no spare plug sockets, which we had to unplug the lighting to charge phones etc. We could also hear everything from the hallway at... More

This is not a luxury hotel BUT it is located in a very central position, I stayed with two friends. We were given a very large room on the top floor - no lift - and a very large bathroom. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

This is a very nice accommodation, located very conveniently in the centre of Bath, close to the station and shops. As we arrived before check in time, we were able to leave our bags in the lobby until later, the same when we checked out in the morning. There was a fair bit of noise from the bar on the... More

Would recommend this business to other single travellers. Quiet, great location and short walk from train station. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room. Close to Cathedral, Baths and attractive shopping centre.

The location is unquestionably good, easy access from the train station and we could just see the top of Bath Abbey from our room. We were on the third floor, with a room only just big enough for a double bed. We did get an en suite, but the paper on the ceiling was stuck up with sticky tape, and... More

This hotel is a nice hotel a short walk from the train station. Friendly service and within sight of the Roman Baths and the Abbey. Rooms are clean and neat and the location is perfect to walk around the town.

Typically small rooms up steep stairs with tiny en suite baths. Staff was helpful, carried the bags for us, and helped us get oriented to the city. Rooms were clean, linen spotless, hair dryer provided upon request and windows opened for fresh air. We arrived early and leaving our luggage at registration was no problem. There are numerous cafes and... More

I went here for a one night stay on business on a Friday night. It is virtually impossible to find any decent accomodation on a summer weekend in Bath, so I was glad I found this one on the web. When I arrived I was shown to a very small room on the 3rd floor with a shared bathroom which... More

We stayed three nights in a family room with bath. The rooms were on the lower level in the back, so it was quiet except for the noisy sea gulls in the mornings. Huge windows looked in to interior courtyard and the historic building which we found fascinating. Breakfast was definitely not worth getting up and out before 9:30 am.... More

Picked this hotel based mainly on its location and have to say it was perfectly located within minutes of all the attractions we wanted to see. Check in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given family room B which is basically in the basement below street level. Room was very quirky in its layout due... More
