The staff at this hotel really cant do enough for you. The rooms are nice and well furnished, our bathroom was lovely with a beautiful deep bath and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options and very attentive staff. Drawbacks: The location isn't ideal as it is out of town and the buses can... More

We stayed here for 3 nights; the staff were on the whole, warm and accomodating, coming out with an umbrella upon our arrival, to bring us in from the stormy weather. Our original choice of room was in the basement and unsuitable, due to the extra bed being too short and too lumpy for our tall daughter. As they were not... More

Absolutely loved it. If you're looking for a nice stay this is where you should spend the night, well I recomend a few nights. The staff are so friendly, kind and professional, we were greeted outside in the car park although it was raining. The hotel and our room was so clean, loved the boutique theme, felt so relaxed, just... More

Booked a surprise stay for my parents as a gift for my Dad's 60th. I love in Australia so the staff at the hotel were very helpful in assisting me to organise payment over the phone and arranging a bottle of chilled bubbly for the room. They couldn't praise the hotel and the staff enough and I'm so glad I... More

Stayed here overnight on a short visit to Bath. Almost like being entertained in a private house. Bedroom with really comfortable four poster bed was excellent. It was a birthday treat for my wife and they even left a card and present in the room for her. Bathroom was spacious with roll top bath and extra large shower. Breakfast was... More

My husband booked this as a surprise for my birthday. We had arranged for a family meal in Bath and rather than driving home my husband booked this hotel. It was a lovely treat. The hotel itself was of high class standard and stunning. An old Georgian house which was immaculate in every way. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.... More

The hotel stands well on a road of similar properties, all dressed in the local stone. The views from the lounge and dining room, as well as from the garden and some bedrooms out over Bath are quite beautiful. The welcome is friendly but professional from all of the staff, wherever they work. Our room for three nights (Champagne) was... More

We stayed here for a couple of days after Christmas. We chose the beautiful Garden room " Beau" which had a 4 poster bed and an amazing HUGE roll top bath. It was like our own private hideaway, separate entrance and a bed which was soooo comfy that we even missed breakfast 😋. ( Our bar bill was waived because... More

I bought two nights here for my boyfriends birthday, and cannot say we were disappointed! Like with almost every single review on here, it deserves its 5 star rating. We stayed in the room downstairs referred to 'alladins cave' on the website, and looked nice so I chose that one which I must say is a nice added feature, the... More

Had two nights here as a pre Christmas break with hubby. What a find! I can't rate the place or the staff highly enough. It's like staying at a friends who have a stately home! Check in was easy and we were shown to our room (romantic) the room was fab, great views and great bathroom! Bed was very comfy.... More
