We stayed 2 nights at the Town House. Brenda and Alan run a real class act. Their service is presented with flare. The house is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Both Brenda and Alan went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfasts were deliciously prepared. Out of the 4 B&B's we stayed in as we traveled through... more

My husband and I spent two wonderful nights at the Town House during a recent vacation and highly recommend it. Alan and Brenda are marvelous hosts--gracious, accommodating, and helpful. The Town House is beautifully decorated in an elegant European style with interesting art and artifacts from South Africa. Our room was spacious and comfortable, including a wonderful king-size bed, and... more

Stayed here for one night with my partner in order to have a look around Bath. As the name suggests this is very much a traditional town house and a large beautiful one at that. The whole house is tastefully decorated and the rooms, including en suite bathroom, were much larger than expected. Perfect location for visiting the baths, bars,... more

We have just returned from a weekend in Bath and had the most wonderful 2 night stay at The Town House. Our room was beautifully furnished and had a glorious view of The Assembly Rooms and the beautiful Georgian architecture. The location is second to none with The Circus and Royal Crescent literally around the corner. Alan and Brenda were... more

We stayed for 2 days in May, and were treated to luxurious surroundings, every comfort and attention to detail and we were made to feel we personal guests of the owners Alan and Brenda. Fantastic location next to Assembly Rooms, with easy walking to all historic areas of Bath, and almost next door to the Bertinet kitchen where we did... more

We stayed one night in mid-May. The owners, Alan & Brenda, could not have been nicer. We stayed in the top-floor room, which was quiet and wonderfully appointed. Breakfast was served the next day in the ground floor dining room. The location is very nice, just a short walk from most of the sites of bath. Parking our car was... more

The Town House is well worth a stay in Bath, and much better than the more expensive hotels. Alan and Brenda make you very welcome in the beautifully decorated homely guest house, and make you feel special the whole time. The Breakfast cooked by Brenda is gorgeous, especially her baked eggs. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Town... more

Booked somewhere close to the Bertinet Kitchen where i was having a cookery course, so closeness was the driver. What we found was an excellent location for Bath town it’s self, far enough out but also close enough. Welcome was excellent by being attentive but not over powering. Nothing was too much trouble and advice was offered but not pushed.... more

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Town House for two nights (12-14 April) and we enjoyed every moment of it! We stayed in a spacious and elegantly decorated room with a beautiful view on the Assembly Rooms. The location of the Town House is just perfect since it is centrally located (within walking distance to all attractions) however in... more

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable and relaxing few days at the Town House in early March, and I really can't recommend it enough! The most important things for us were comfort & location and we weren't disappointed. Alan & Brenda's attention to detail is remarkable (the 'White Company' throughout, beautiful) and the breakfasts both delicious and filling... more
