On arrival, the staff were very polite, welcoming, and provided us with all of the information that we needed, such as the best way to get into the city centre, and where to eat near to the B&B. Our room was clean and well presented, and provided everything needed for a few nights, including tea and coffee making facilities, TV,... more

Lovely room, great location, owners david and jane were very friendly and helpful (nothing is too much trouble). I'd go back there! Love the free Wifi (but you can make a donation to the Indian family they sponsor), easy to park. Breakfast not bad either! more

Stayed at the Aquae Sulis for two nights with my partner for a weekend break. Huge room was comfortable and clean and had a door out to the garden. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice with freshly cooked hot selection. Parking on site was a big plus. It is a little out of the main city centre (about 25 mins... more

This was my first time staying in a B&B hotel. It's much better than I imagined. We stayed in a family room with my little son. Room is nice and clean, bed is very comfortable. Owner is a very helpful person, told me everything about bath. I would stay here again next time. more

Staff gave us a friendly welcome on arrival. On site parking is provided and our room was very clean and had a great shower. The bed was hard! Free internet access is available and we appreciated the convenience of being able to use this facility. A good quality English breakfast was served in the dining room. We took about 30... more

We have stayed twice at Aquae Sulis, and have been pleasantly surprised each time. We stayed in the "Dr Oliver" annexe each time, and this was extremely comfortably furnished, with a modern and clean en-suite shower room. The breakfast was superb, and the bar in the evening was pleasant ans friendly. The gardens are nice, and wireless broadband internet access... more

I've just returned from a long weekend at this Hotel and I'm bowled over. The Manageress really knows how to look after her guests and she bent over backwards to make our stay perfect - even suggesting we ordered take away after a long day out for which she set the tables and provided everything else (no mean feat for... more

Stayed here with my partner and 16 month old in Oct 08 after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor (they were also one of few who took one night only bookings). Nice location, a 5 minute drive out of town. Our room overlooked the main road but the secondary glazing kept out most of the noise. I had originaly booked... more

We stayed for one night here en route to Wales. Found hotel via Trip Advisor - agree with all the other positive comments. From the initial phone contact to when we left, the staff were extremely warm, helpful and friendly. We had 4 bikes on the back of our car and they helpfully allowed us to put them in their... more

Spent a pleasant long weekend here. Friendly staff, quiet location, easy parking and access into Bath. We stayed in the annexe (known as Dr Oliver's), which must be one of the quietest hotel rooms anywhere - no neighbours on any side or above or below! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Definitely recommended. more
