Thoroughly recommend Aquae Sulis. From on-line booking to checkout everything was very good. The welcome was excellent with a pot of tea while our room was prepared, and lots of helpful advice on directions, transport and eateries. The room was sizeable, very clean and well appointed. Breakfasts are very good and all staff helpful and friendly. Would certainly go back.

We found the Aquae Sulis to be everything we wanted.
