We stayed last weekend a couple and the mother in law to be! We made reservations at least three weeks in advance. My fiancé called early on our arrival day to check about our room as I had injured myself and was on crutches. We were told there were just a few steps. On arrival we were lead to the... More

With such short notice we try to accommodate guests the best we can. All other double rooms were already taken, so our options were limited. The double room in the annex only has 10 steps as opposed to 20 steps in the main house, so would have been the easier option anyway. However, having trouble with even these, the only other... More

I booked a single room here for the Bath Half Marathon weekend and wanted somewhere comfortable but affordable, and paid £60 per night. I was very pleased with my room, it was small but very good - it felt larger due to the high ceilings and tall windows, with a VERY comfy memory-foam bed, quite a treat! The en-suit was... More

We really loved this location, close enough to walk into Bath and explore but far enough away that we weren't overwhelmed by the city. Our room was smallish but well appointed and very clean. The breakfast was well put on, lots of selection and food well made. The hosts were kind enough to let us leave our car the next... More

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and the best breakfast I've ever had - lots of different choices, hot and cold. Friendly, helpful owners, great location, very warm, beautiful old house. Lovely warm, modern shower, television, wifi in the bedrooms, can't fault it.

I recently stayed a night at Pulteney House with my partner, after it was recommended to us. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice gentleman who helped us in and gave us our keys and a Bath tourist pack, entitling us to discounts around the city. The room was large and clean, with a huge bathroom and no... More

I was working on Northern Parade and looked on google for somewhere nearby to stay. I was very impressed with the hotel. Although my single room was quite small it was very warm and clean with the most comfortable bed. Plenty of parking and although I had parking where I was going the owner said they were most happy for... More

Lovely old house, well presented with very courteous patrons and a fab breakfast. In easy walking of main town, 5 mins. Would recommend if your wanting to explore Bath town centre, you just need to book a table at a restaurant on a Saturday night as most were full!

I went just for a one night stay on New Years Eve but I would definitely return here for a short break in Bath. Location is great provided you can manage a flat 10 minute walk across the river (or along the Riverside walk if its dry). Easy parking and we were lucky to be able leave our cars there... More

Stayed here 3 nights in September with our UK family, and we shared the Coach House annexe. Comfortable and clean. Did have a bathroom light come on suddenly in middle of night which gave us a fright! However that was remedied promptly next day with the owner changing the bulb! Breakfast great with good selection and prompt service. Easy position... More
