We stayed one night in this guesthouse. The rooms looked as if they haven't been cleaned for a while (especially floor and dust). The owner doesn't really understand what you're saying to him and confuses basic things. The only good thing was a woman who was serving breakfast. She was extremely nice. I would not recommend staying there.

We went to Bath for the Christmas Market and we were due to stay two nights at the Park Royal Guest House but appear to have been let down by the owner. Saying that he organised alternative accommodation at the Waltons Guest House staying with Rose and her Team. It was definitely not second best, we had a lovely room... More

This guesthouse is very conveniently located, within walking distance of the city centre and with a large (very expensive) public car-park at the rear. The bedroom was extremely small, slightly shabby and dated, with noise from the road. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, except a bar of well-used soap and a bottle of shower-gel. However, there was tea... More

Great BnB with everything u could ask for. Rose and staff very welcoming and help full. Great breakfast to start your day.Position was only a few minutes walk to city centre with everything close at hand. Had to park car on long stay away from guest house but that wasn't a problem.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Just as good as any hotel. Toiletries, towels, hair drier, and tea coffee facilities were available. The owners were so accommodating, the room was small but there was a stand in shower, everything a person on their own should need. The breakfasts were amazing and I didn't have wait to be served. The house... More

The B&B is on a very busy lane. You can't park, not even stop in front of the house (a bus driver urged us to ride on). There is a big car park in Charlotte street, where you can park about 150 m from the house, but we learned that only after a lot of trouble (continental car driver, very... More

The people who run the guest house are very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean - bathroom was excellent too. However the decor was very out of date - looks like it hasn't been changed since 1950! It worked out at £75 per person per night (£150 per night based on two people sharing a double room -... More

Within walking distance of the town centre which was perfect during the busy Christmas market weekend. Friendly welcome from the owner and we stayed in a small but clean and comfortable room on the top floor with ensuite shower and loo. TV and tea/coffee facilities and cosy and warm. Good English breakfast with very attentive waitress. A great find as... More
