I've been reading reviews on Trip Advisor and realised I'd never written one myself. This hotel deserves a great review and thought it only fair I give it one. Firstly, the staff were so accomodating; we got stuck in traffic and didn't arrive until 11 but the receptionist was completely fine about it. The room was superbly clean (not decorated... more

We booked very last minute but this was still great value. Georgous Victorian panelling in reception and halls makes an impressive first impression. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and served in a light and elegant breakfast room, and the staff were all friendly. We booked use of the hot tub for the first night we... more

Very nice B&B with great owners. Bath accommodation is expensive and this is true here but it is reasoable for the area. Breakfast was great. We stayed on the top floor which is fine for fit people but a climb for older folk. Room was delightful, really comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. Plenty of fresh tea and coffee and... more

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday present at the end of January. Our room was stunning (room 6, superior double) with great views, and sublime period decor. It had a huge flat screen tv and plush furnishings which we thoroughly enjoyed. The owners were really friendly and the breakfasts were fantastic! One of the highlights was using the... more

Seriously,if your looking for the perfect quest house you've just stumbled apon it. Nothing to dislike about the whole place. We stayed for 2 nights as a 25th wedding treat. We stayed in room 5 which is very large and has 2 double beds an a massive bath room with separate bath and shower. You get everything in the room... more

My partner and I went to stay at Cranleigh for our first anniversary in January. I chose this B&B as it sold itself through their website, and also because when I phoned the B&B, Colin and Denise were so helpful and friendly, especially allowing us to arrive so late on the date of arrival! (9-10pm) Upon arrival, we were greeted... more
