Have just had a couple of lovely days in Bath, over the Bank Holiday weekend. Found the Cranleigh to be a very homely and comfortable place to stay. Were made very welcome and given some good advice on where to visit and where to eat. Excellent breakfast and a selection of drinks available from an honesty fridge.

Our stay at Cranleigh was a very good experience. Lovely comfortable four poster bed. The room was very clean as was the whole house. Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection to suit every taste. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We recommend it to everyone.

We had a fantastic nights sleep in this clean and comfortable English Victorian style hotel. Power shower and bath in a large elegant bathroom. Hoteliers were exceptionally friendly and helpful, had use of the computer in reception area which was well stocked with local info and had a good selection of dvds to borrow. rooms had tv and dvd player.... We enjoyed our stay in Bath and at the Cranleigh very much. We had a room with a double bed and a single (parents and a child), which was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The room and the rest of the house were clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious (with many choices). The hosts are very friendly and... More

Clean, very English, well-appointed room. Friendly staff and brilliant cooked-to-order breakfast. Walking into the city centre was all right (down hill), but getting back sometimes proved a challenge. Great walking opportunities in the area.

the room was very nice decorated, clean, the beds were very comfortable (even the extra beds for the kids were), breakfast delicious, but still we did not sleep very well because the floors of our neighbour-rooms creaked very loudly when the people were walking around and the curtains in the room did not darken the room, so at 6.30 a.m.... A beautifully presented and furnished guest house with a warn and helpful welcome. The triple family room was spacious, clean and comfortable place to rest and relax. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We were given advice on making the most of our visit to Bath. We can't wait to go back.

We arrived late, 9pm but Denise smiled and said she had a room available. The room was comfortable, with tea and coffee, bathroom amenities, a full size bath, super clean with a divinely comfortable bed, just perfect. Our breakfast in the morning was brilliant, fresh fruit, stewed prunes, selection of 4 cereals, yogurt, plain and fruit, toast, jams, delicious lemon... More

When we arrived Tim welcomed us and gave us maps of Bath with top tips for places to go and see. We had arrived early but Tim gave us a pot of tea and our key, we were really impressed with Cranleigh. We loved the free shuttle service and Tim's suggestion of the Mayors tour. Throughout the weekend Tim, Collin... More
