The room was beautiful. The service is excellent, the staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast quality is very good, the house is very clean and amazing. We have got a discount card to use in the city for attractions and restaurants. Also they provide a complementary afternoon tea break, with cakes. The only negative thing the hot water... More

We stayed in a family room which was lovely, two singles together to make a super king-size bed, plus a single bed. Very spacious with two comfortable arm chairs to relax in. Nice views of Bath and a 20min walk to town or taxi £6 - £7. Hosts were very friendly and breakfast was great. Fresh milk was available anytime... More

Cranleigh is a top bed and breakfast, the room was beautiful - with a super comfy four poster bed and a wonderful view. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for breakfast. It's about a half an hour walk to the centre of Bath - go through Royal Victoria Park to see The Royal... Tim kindly agreed to take us in as a favour from another B&B who had to cancel our booking due to family reasons. They treated us wonderfully! Rooms were comfortable (we had a superior en suite) and had plenty of space for the two of us. Clean and beautiful place, and they had made a real effort with the Christmas... More

We stayed for two nights and chose a superior room which was huge. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent. The house is grand, in very good decorative condition and spotlessly clean. You are not really aware of other guests. Buses aren't that frequent so require planning, but taxis aren't expensive.

Nice little bed and breakfast quite pricey and obviously Victorian styled. It's beautiful if your into the old styled places but being old makes it incredibly noisy in winter and whilst we stayed the wind was so loud and things rattled and banged which isn't their fault but made it annoying to get to sleep at times. We booked a... More

We stayed for a couple of days over the New Year and would say the overall rating is pretty much spot on for a B&B. The welcome was very friendly, helpful and we were checked in quickly with minimum fuss. We stayed in room 9 which was large with good tea and coffee facilities, had a comfortable King bed and... We stayed at Cranleigh for a few nights for a pre-Christmas get away. We where greeted and welcomed by Tim who gave us lots of information about Bath. The room was very large with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The Wifi was simple and very quick unlike most hotels I have stayed in. We enjoy the... More

we stayed for 2 nights before Christmas. This hotel is not in the city centre but in an ordinary street about 50 to 60 minutes walk from the centre of town. from the reviews we got the impression it was upmarket but in our opinion far from it. this is the first time tripadvisor reviews have given us an inaccurate...
