The hotel was nice, the service was good, however it shouldn't attract the price that it charges for this type of hotel. We were in a converted home next to the main hotel and have no complaints about the room at all or the service. The restaurant is another situation. It had filthy carpets, stained chairs and even some food... More

Hotel is beautiful and the spa lovely as well as the gorgeous grounds. But room disappointing as very noisy and not enough hot water. Breakfast nice but head waitress a little curt. Other staff helpful.

I chose this hotel for its out of town but close location and wasn't disappointed. It's just like being in s country hotel but you are only a few minutes walk from the bustle of Bath itself, even less to the park. Service is exceptional, and very consistently high level at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. Bedroom very... More

I booked this hotel with the number on line, which I thought was the front desk of the hotel. I specifically said that my husband walked with crutches and asked if there were any ground floor rooms. I was told that there wasn't and then asked to be on no higher that the first floor. We arrived last Tuesday to... More

We recently stayed for two nights. The hotel is close to Victoria Park and the Royal Crescent, but off the main tourist route and about a 20 minutes walk to the centre of Bath. The room we stayed in had a downstairs sitting area with stairs up to the bedroom in the eaves, with a sloping roof. The bedroom area... More

A fabulously comfortable courteous and friendly hotel, set in beautiful gardens so close to town centre, would definitely visit again. Particularly memorable where the staff always there when necessary, I remember fresh milk was brought for are morning tea within a couple of minutes. Fresh milk is so much nicer than packaged long life mini tubs.

My boyfriend and I came to bath for a weekend getaway. We were met by a friendly reception, who were very willing to help. Although our room was not going to be ready until 3 we were able to use all the facilities, so it did not make too much of a difference. Our stay was memorable and our room... More

Our first stay at the Bath Priory although we have eaten there in the past. Everything about the Hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in until our (reluctant) departure. The room was beautifully appointed and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Because we had a busy schedule (Thermae Spa on Friday and Bath Races on Saturday) we... More

The main positives of this hotel are its friendly attentive staff, michelin restaurant and beautiful Georgian building and garden. However, for the prices charged the room and spa facilities are poor value. Our superior room had a lovely view of the garden, a comfy bed and the bathroom was nice, but the main room décor was very tired, old fashioned,... More

We recently visited the Bath Priory Hotel for our Mini-Moon. We were impressed from the minute we arrived. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so attentive. They knew it was out Mini-Moon so had arranged a few little extras which were greatly appreciated. We had the taster menu in the restaurant one evening and the food was phenomenal.... More
