The house was built with Bath stone in 17th century Victoria style. Our room is located at the back of house but very convenient. The room is very spacious (3 single beds) and plenty of space. Area is very quiet and room is located away from the main room. Staffs are friendly and breakfast was great. Small negative point is... More

This BB was adequate for a one night stay - good value in a place that was hard to find cheap accomodation! Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. A bit of a walk to town! But there is a bus stop out the front. Would recommend!

We chose this B&B for a two night stay, mainly because the hotels in Bath are almost ridiculously expensive and most have no parking included. We had never been to Bath before and followed the instructions on the website and found the place really easily from Bristol airport. Lovely warm greeting from Victoria who directed us on how to walk... More

We have stayed in far better B&B accommodation at much lower prices but then Bath is a very expensive place. Everything was very clean and we had a warm welcome but the large room smelt rather musty and needed totally updating, as there was no character or old furniture. We had a very comfortable bed and two good nights' sleep,... More

This is a friendly, clean and comfortable B&B. About 15 walks across the Avon to Bath town centre. We slept a a big room with one king size bed and a single at the back of the old building extension. Very quite and no stairs to climb! There is also one folded bed so the room can sleep 4 persons.... More

This was a great B and B. Each day started with a great breakfast with the best coffee in the Uk. It was a bit of an uphill hike from the city center, but easy enough to stroll downhill to the city. They provided a big fan for the room as it was fairly hot out. The family room was... More

Located within several minutes of the centre of Bath, although a hilly walk on the return (difficult to avoid this in Bath!). We were in the annexe, which I found small but functional. I've stayed in a number of places where I would gladly spend time in the room to relax, but this was a little small and dark. If... More
