The hotel was great value for money.Only a 10 minute downhill walk into the centre of Bath. Friendly staff,the rooms could be updated a little and it was a nice change to have a large bathroom. I thought the breakfast was good with a lot of choice. more

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend the room was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly, the food was quite dodgy contained bits of plastic and I wasn't the only guest to complain about this. This wasn't very good for a 3 AA rosette award winning restaurant, the food was obviously bought in and not freshly made. more

Lovely hotel. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was also nice. Bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. It's in a good location for a stroll into town, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty as well! Avoid the room service meals though, not very good value for money. more
