I really enjoyed this hotel. It was in the centre of Bath and easy to walk everywhere around the town. Very clean and comfortable. We chose an Executive room which was very generous in size with a decent sized bathroom. The breakfast included in the price was served in the Allium restaurant downstairs and is a very pleasant and sunny... More

This hotel is centrally located, beautifully decorated and clean. We had the small cosy room which was perfect. The room was stylish with a modern classic twist and provided the extra little luxurious touches such as lovely dressing gowns and even the latest home and garden magazine. It was our anniversary and we were left a box of Thorntons chocolates... More

My husband and I really liked this hotel. It was a great location right in the heart of Bath, although SO hard to find in a rental car with GPS, and there is no parking at the hotel. They will give you a sign to put on the car while in the bus/loading zone, and then you must park down... More

A really wonderful stay at this delightful hotel, all the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. The room was a little small but still very lovely with a view of the courtyard. The hotel is perfectly located right in the city centre so great for leisurely walks to all the sights

I booked two rooms as we were spending a couple of days in Bath with friends. We've stayed before and found it relaxing and enjoyable, with excellent service and good sized, well decorated rooms. The only complaint was that the toilet took a long while to fill up!

We stayed for one night in an economy double for one night in July 2014. The room was very small but as described, the bed was very comfortable and the fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The room had overlooked the back of the hotel with no view but again what you would expect in an "economy" room... More

This is a nice enough hotel in a great location: round the corner from the Abbey and a few minutes walk from the railway station. I found my room to be a bit small and it was in an odd location: up a flight of stairs then down two flights.

I recently stayed here for 1 night with some friends. Really nice hotel and in a great location but felt it was overpriced. The bathroom and room had evidence of previous damp patches and grout in the bathroom was in need of renewal. The room was booked as a twin but was basically a double bed that could be unclipped... I stayed here with my partner for two nights in July. The hotel is very easy to find- just a short walk from the train/bus stations and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, too. Our room was a reasonable size, with a generous sized bathroom- very well furnished, comfortable and again,... More
