We visited bath for the day and found this brasserie, just around the corner from the abbey... Great location, friendly service by the waitress hanna and the food is top quality...very innovative, pea pots, Asian noodles, pork belly.... Great place for a light lunch. The Best Western Abbey was an excellent choice for easy access to the local attractions and restaurants. I had requested in my reservations a room towards the back and it was granted. I had a lovely triple room all to myself. They had made a nice effort to provide a vegetarian cooked breakfast (with quorn sausage, halloumi, mushrooms, etc.). The location was fantastic, room was quiet. The only minor niggles were the lack of a car park and the shower was not that warm even at top temperature.

£200 to stay in a dark and dismal room squirrelled away in the rear of the hotel and accessed by walking straight through the middle of the restaurant. Very poor value for money.
