Hotel is perhaps a bit dated and a little shabby but totally adequate. Rooms clean and spacious. Location absolutely could not be better. Right next door to the Podium shopping center with grocery store and restaurants. We could walk everywhere. Staff very helpful. Included breakfast delicious. Nice to get a seat by the window with a river view. Although Bath... more

The Hilton Bath is next to Waitrose about 400 metres from Poultney Bridge & the Weir. All the attractions are under 15 minutes walk, so the location is fantastic. However it is is not value for money. We had discounted £150 business rooms but they were pretty small & the bar is ridiculously priced. Good features are an excellent breakfast,... more

Hello all. This hotel has had mixed reviews on this forum, with many people not having a good stay or have reported issues regarding their stay. However, we (10 adults and 2 children) had a really good time in Bath and the hotel was also very good. As a Hilton Honours member for many years I have stayed in some... more

As other reviewers have said, the location of this hotel is perfect for seeing the city, with most of the sights and museums within easy walking distance (also near to stops for the hop on-hop off sightseeing buses, which I would highly recommend). We parked in the multi-storey car-park under the hotel (associated with the adjacent shopping centre) for which... more

Went on a whim for a night and got this hotel from Laterooms. The location is great for seeing the sights, with everything in walking distance. Check-in very efficient and friendly and very helpful when trying to book a restaurant outside the hotel. Bar expensive and staff a bit lax, a smile won't kill you guys. Breakfast buffet was very... more

Recently had a four night stay with my 93 year old friend who always wanted to see Bath. As she has limited mobility, location was ideal. Requested room with disabled facilities at time of booking and rang again beforehand to check whether available but told rooms only allocated day before arrival. Seems rather odd, however..... on arrival after 3.00pm told... more

I stayed with my wife and 3 teenage children. This was partly a Hilton Honours points stay and it seems my Silver card got us upgraded to a suite and a family room. We had complicated timing because of a wedding and the need to arrive early and change outfits. The staff made a room available early for us and... more

Myself, partner and two year old have spent three nights at this hotel in early September as part of a group booking (my partner was hosting a conference at the Hilton). There is limited parking at the hotel for unloading, and a few disabled spaces; there is an entrance to ‘The Podium’ shopping centre car park to the immediate right... more

We booked a family group in to this hotel to attend a wedding in bath. Our room (my wife and me) was decidedly below par, especially the bath room. very tatty indeed. I asked the receiption manager for a different room, but they had none. she told me that they were in the process of reconditioning the rooms (Not soon... more

Staffs (specially housekeeping personels) do not talk English at all, In room cable internet was not working during my entire stay.
