We took a well-earned break here and found that this hotel met our requirements exactly. These were;to have a comfortable hotel with parking, in the very centre of this beautiful city. Bath itself is well worth any visitor spending time there and this hotel could not be bettered as a base for this purpose.

Rooms are pleasant and well appointed, and the area is reasonably quiet. As a vegetraian or a vegan stay anywhere else. The food was bland and lacked imagination. It was also corbohydrate for two days. Deserts were all fruit salad. Asking for an alternative meal I was offer lettuce and tomato. No understanding of the issue, no empathy.

very well located and reasonably priced. Downside is the hotel is a bit tired, no free wifi (£15 a night according to room info), no mini bar in the room and the breakfast was fairly average. Serving Costa coffee is a fair representation of the level of the hotel. More like a Travelodge.

We stayed for 3 nights, mid-week, whilst the Xmas market was in full swing. The hotel was busy but the manager and all of her staff were exceptional and despite how busy it was the standard of service was consistently good. The room was lovely & overall we had a very enjoyable stay - Thank you to Jenny & all... More

I have stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Bath quite a few times whilst I have been visiting my son who is at Bath University. I have been very happy with all of my stays. The rooms are clean and the food is great. The location is great if you are planning to shop.

We spent two nights here on a city break to Bath. The hotel is conveniently located and within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel was clean and modern and finished to a high standard. Our room was of a good size and we enjoyed a quiet and comfortable stay. The electrical socket locations are truly bizarre , though.... More

Centrally located, Hilton is ideal for walking aroud Bath. We could visit places, stop by the hotel to rest and drop our shopping, then head out again. This is important to me as Bath is a compact city with narrow roads that are not friendly to driving. As we drove from London to Bath, we left our car in the... More

We have stayed at the hotel three times, alternate years, to visit the Christmas Market. This year definitely being the best as ALL the staff seem to be on side in ensuring the customer has a good experience. Particular mention should be made of the restaurant manager, who on the very busy Sunday morning, was holding the queue in the... More

Small room with water damage, a burnt lampshade and a sink with plumbing issues. £15 to park the car - and an additional £15 to purchase a day's worth of WiFi. Lots of street noise kept me awake. Good location, but not worth the money.

A rather poor experience. Rooms were too expensive for their quality. Dinner menu very restricted. Staff were attentive. Overall not good enough for a top hotel. A great Pity because the situation was very good.
