The Kennard was a wonderful little B&B, very handy for Bath city centre (about 5 minute walk) on a very attractive typical Georgian street. Natalie and Guy were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious - we recommend the porridge!

The Kennard was perfect for our short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Access to free parking and easy walk to the centre. Very delicious breakfast would definitely stay again. Our room was right at the top so were quite a few steps but expected in a building like this. Room was very clean and well decorated.

A wonderful homely bed and breakfast 2 minutes from the city centre. The staff make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need, it's so nice to see places to stay like this about, I would whole heartedly recommend here to anyone. If you want somewhere nice to stay in Bath, stay here

We've just eaten, on your recommendation, at Yak Yeti Yak, & loved the food. We agree, what a find! Great to meet you both & thank you for the flowers. Good luck this summer and come back soon. More

The Kennard is a short walking distance from the centre of Bath. We did not need our car so the parking permit provided was most helpful. Our bed was very comfortable, lovely White Company products to pamper ourselves with in our en-suite. Fab tea/coffee and kit-kat provisions in our room!! Natalie and Guy made us very welcome, my husband said... More

Guy was gutted that he hadn't chatted to Simon about their shared trade. Thank you for taking the time to review especially as I know how busy home life must be. Natalie More

I always enjoy staying at B&B's in Bath - not just for the included breakfast but for a sense of community. The Kennard is very centrally located in Bath - about a ten minute walk from the train station and less then 5 minutes to the city center. It is situated down a quiet side street with the quintessential Bath... More

Thank you so much for reviewing and for the tip off about the weak signal at the top front of the house. I've called the tech guys in to see what they can do about it. Thanks again and hope to see you both here again, N More

My husband and myself booked this hotel for a quick weekend getaway and we could not have been more impressed. The location of this place is perfect. The hotel is just around the corner from the Pulteney Bridge and within a 6 minute walk of the Roman Baths and the Abbey. Parking is on the street but you get a... More

Really liked meeting you and we're still laughing about what you said about your husband liking the breakfasts more than anything he saw in Bath! N&G More

Only stayed for one night, but the hotel had a lovely warm feeling, the breakfast was amazing and Natalie was charming! I also marvelled at staying in a room with the highest ceiling I have seen in a hotel bedroom!

2 night stay for a weekend in Bath. Although the room was very small, perfectly adequate for a short stay. Great location in a quiet road just 5 minutes stroll from the hustle and bustle. Great friendly hosts and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We so appreciate your review Polly and were interested to read your other review about the Pulteney Bridge Restaurant which is just around the corner and the nearest one to us. Thank you. N&G More

We felt blessed when we managed to find The Kennard last minute to accommodate my husband and myself on the eve of the Bath Half Marathon. Natalie and Guy could not be more helpful - to the point that Guy lent me his running watch as I had forgotten mine - and the well earned shower afterwards! I wish The... More

Natalie and Guy run an excellent hotel smack bang in the centre of Bath. I could talk about the decoration, the comfy bed or all manner of great things about this hotel, but the thing that well and truly makes it are the two people running it. Natalie went out of her way t make my Half Marathon weekend as... More

Really well done for running with your "appendage" (as one of our guests so politely called it & for supporting Coppafeel (which has to be the best-named charity ever!). Hope to see you next year. More
