We stayed for 2 nights (part business and part leisure) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, with charming decor, an attention to detail in everything, and helpful and welcoming hosts. We also enjoyed the excellent freshly cooked breakfast served in the beautiful dining room, with a large selection of different foods, fresh juices etc. Bath... more

I found this hotel online after the one recommended to me was full for the weekend (first weekend of the Bath Christmas Night Markets). The only room left was a single with shared bathroom. This wasn't what I really wanted, but was persuaded to book by the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor. I'm so glad I did! The location is wonderful... more

Spent 5 wonderful nights at this hotel/B&B. We have never found more helpful hosts. Can you imagine any other owner running down the street at night to find you a parking place on the street? This hotel is very centrally located and only a few blocks from many fine restaurants and attractions. This was not especially clear to us when... more

Until recently I worked in Bath one day a week. I would always, vacancies permitted, stay in the Kennard Hotel. I have and will continue to recommend the Kennard to my colleagues and Family that need a place to stay in Bath. For all those I have recommended they have shared my same views. For anyone looking to stay, I... more

My business colleague and I have been staying off and on at the Kennard for the last 5/6 weeks. We have received excellent service and the hotel proprietors are friendly and helpful. The hotel is the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the breakfast is wonderful, it makes working away from home more enjoyable. more

My business partner and I were starting some work for a few weeks in Bath. We tried to book another hotel but they had no availability for the first few days. We stumbled across the Kennard by accident and planned to stay for just a few nights until there was availability in the original hotel. Six weeks later and we... more

Charming hotel in a quite street close to the centre of Bath. The room (No.1) was comfortable, elegant, clean, well equiped and everything you could expect! Breakfast was beautifully cooked to order in a lovely dining room. The owners went out of their way to be welcoming and hospitable. Can't think of any possible thing to criticise - overall it's... more

The hotel is charming and the owners are very welcoming. I have stayed at the Kennard a couple of times to visit bath and have found each room beautifully presented with great attention to detail. The bathrooms are of a high standard and the bedrooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast room has a lovely atmosphere and the cooked... more

When we began planning a trip to Bath, a co-worker strongly recommended that we stay at the Royal Crescent Hotel. While doing research we found that the rate for this hotel was extremely high and also the hotel was sold out for the days that we were visiting. I have used Trip Advisor in the past and found the ratings... more

The rooms are beautifully done, (we have stayed in three different rooms so far) and spotless. As soon as you arrive you feel relaxed and comfortable thanks to Mary and Giovanni's warm hospitality. But you have not seen anything yet! Breakfast! I do not eat breakfast but try to stop me when I am at the Kennard! No chance! Everything... more
