We stayed here for 4 nights and were very pleased we had chosen Brooks. As the- very large and spacious - room was on the front it was a little noisy but nothing that really bothered us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well fitted and stocked. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the location couldn't... More

On a busy road but rooms are quiet. Parking permit for residents' parking on street costs £8. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast (extra). Very comfortable bed in good sized room. Fan provided as it was very hot day/night when we visited. Overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay.

10 min amble from Charlotte Square. Good quality mattress and linens, excellent shower, very clean. Starting to show signs of wear but altogether very good standard. The staff are from overseas but all have good english, are very friendly and efficient.

We loved the Brooks Guesthouse. We had a prior confirmation from the staff about the extra bedding needed for my 9 year old daughter traveling with us. We loved the location and could get into the attractions and come back for a rest. We had lots of luggage and needed to get up the spiral like steps- but there was... More

We arrived few minutes before the check in time of 2pm and were told to wait about 30 minutes until our room was ready. At this point we didn't mind, especially since the reception guy brought us welcome drink. Then we noticed group after group of newly arrivals being shown their rooms. We finally got into ours 70 minutes later... More

I booked two family rooms in this guest house. One room for a party of four and one for a party of two. Both rooms were the same as far as size. Layout between the two was different. The first floor (room 10) was shower only with sink and toilet. The second floor was a full bath with shower (room... More

We stayed at Brooks Guesthouse and it was a beautiful place! Very comfortable beds, hot showers, quiet hotel, delicious breakfast in the morning, and perfect location for walking into the heart of Bath.

We were very happy with Brookes. The staff were lovely and super helpful, the room perfectly good. The breakfast was very, very nice! The location actually felt further out than I expected (having been to Bath twice before) but that's really only as you walk to and from the train station (and I noticed that most of the b&bs are... A great welcome, comfortable room and good breakfast, but the best thing about this B&B is the location. 2 mins walk from the Royal Crescent and the Botanical gardens and an easy 5 mins into the centre of town.

The Brooks Guesthouse has a wonderful staff who are warm and welcoming and breakfast is fabulous! The rooms are small and a little tired, but charming in their own way. However, the beds are very lumpy and uncomfortable. For us, after a full day sightseeing, that is pretty much a deal breaker. Hard to travel happily when you cannot get... More
