We received a friendly welcome and this warmth was continued throughout our stay. Our ground floor room was immaculate with a supremely comfortable bed and a fabulous power shower in the en-suite. We had a lovely view of the back garden which we could access via patio doors. The only (minor) downside was the lack of an opening bedroom window... More

B&B in large beautiful house on hill just above Bath. There is onsite parking on driveway which is on a hill. Our large stationwagon just fitted backing down between cars. We were on the top floor in a lovely attic room. Only problem was taking four suitcases down the hill up the front stairs and then up 36 stairs to... More

The house has a fantastic location and lovely garden at the back. The treasure is inside: elegant furniture, classic music on the background, prints and paintings make of the place a little gem. The room was fitted to very high standard, with ensuite and even an espresso machine. the only downside is the parking space, but as you enter in... More

My partner and I have just returned from a two night stay at the Dorian and what a fantastic place it is! We had a lovely friendly welcome and was then shown to our room. We stayed in the 4 poster room with a garden view. The room was absolutely beautiful, lovely and spacious, a beautiful bed, great bathroom with... More

This is one, elegant abode with stunning views over the city, the house has rhythem and style. music influences the overall character and ambience. Our room, with en suite featured opulent fabrics and stunning decor with gorgeous views over Bath's famous Georgian Royal crescent and the well tended gardens. The crisp cotton sheets and the utmost comfy bed, fluffy towels, robes,... More

I stayed at the Dorian House with my family and enjoyed the breakfast and service . The beds were very comfortable too. The only negative was the parking . Price is on the high side for a B&B. But all in all - a nice experience !

We've booked an attic room (number 6), so we could see the Royal Crescent from it. And we were not dissapointed! The room itself is very light & cozy, and quite spacious. In our room we had a bathroom with a bathtub, clean & with good water pressure. The breakfast was serviced very quickly and efficiently: freshly cooked English breakfast... More

Well positioned above Bath with a 15 minute walk in to the Centre with free parking but on a slope which challenges the handbrake! Hearty welcome and a well furnished room and we stayed in the downstairs room which was presumably originally the lounge...not great to be right next to the hallway.Paint peeling off the ceiling over the shower however... Lovely property. Our room was excellent with great views over Bath. Each room has a nespresso machine which, for coffee lovers, is a real plus. We had a great welcome and staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was special.

Me and my partner stayed at the Dorian for 1 night. The location is good, it's a 10 min walk down the hill into the centre of bath ( at best 15 mins back up the hill to return ) Our greeting on arrival was plesent enough. The guesthouse was as we expected, a nice large typical Georgian house. If... More
