When we arrived we were met with a beautiful view of a well kept garden and house full of charm. On entering the house we were made to feel extremely welcome and shown straight up to our room. I have to say the room was every bit as fantastic as it had looked on the website. The room was beautifully... More

Stayed for 2 nights over a weekend as a quick getaway to explore Bath. The proeprty is about a 15 minute walk from the town centre, which is a big hill but easy to get a cab if needed. The house itself is down a residential road with ample parking (both off st and road). There are only 3 rooms... More

The room I stayed in was HUGE, comfortable and very clean. The staff/proprietors were friendly and helpful. This B&B is a very pleasant half hour walk from the centre of Bath, or a super-quick bus ride. My only complaint was the mattress was a bit too soft and springy for my liking. More

We throughly enjoyed our stay with the Andrew's. The rooms are lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean with good water pressure. The breakfast was delicious in a nice little dinning area. It's a bit of a walk from town, but all downhill on the way there. Would stay with them again. More

We found this fantastic Guest House on the "Visit England" site, and booked it over the phone after having a look on www.meadowlandbath.co.uk. On arrival we were warmly welcomed, and shown to our room. We booked the Super king room. It was big, well decorated and very clean. We had an en-suite, with a lovely big bath, ample room for... Booked this B&B for a 1 Sat night stay at the last minute (Friday Night !). The lady manager was very helpful & made us feel welcome on arrival. The big advantage of this B&B is that it has off street parking which is a real bonus in Bath. The hotel is in a quiet residential area 20 min walk... More

I booked one room checking in on July 10, 2007 for three nights and had an email confirmation from Catherine. We arrived at Meadowland on July 10 around 5 PM but found no one there and the door was locked. We called and left a voice message on their answering machine, but they never even had the decency to return... More

Having just found the right to reply section, the above review only tells half the story. This booking was made 11 months in advance.Despite emails requesting renewed confirmation we recieved no confirmation. The guests arrived at Meadowland without any immediate prior communication and we regret that we were away at the time. We rented three rooms for one night. The rooms were beautifully decorated – light and airy. One of the rooms had a little sitting area in a bay window, which was delightful. The beds were comfortable, with plush bedding. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. John and Catherine were very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The location... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in March. Our bedroom was delightful with a lovely view across to the Royal Crescent. A good breakfast was served each morning which gave us the energy to go up and down the hills in Bath! Catherine and John made us most welcome and had plenty of information and advice on places of interest... More
