Lovely quaint place in a very good location walking distance to the city. Service was great. The room was small but fine for our needs and quiet. Would highly recommend this niche hotel for travellers.

I have just returned from a one night stay at The Windsor Hotel in Bath, Somerset . This cost £195.00 for a double room which I feel was completely over priced. I can only think that the prime position of the hotel in a wonderful Georgian Street, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bath makes this price seem justified... More

We recently stayed at The Windsor and had a really nice time. The staff were very helpful and recommended a really nice restaurant nearby which proved to be very good. We had a very small room at the front of the hotel and while it was clean and well appointed on the first floor, it was disappointingly small as was... More

Classic old bed and breakfast hotel in a quiet area that was an easy short walk to the downtown activities. Room (especially the bed) was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Pitcher of Pimms was delightful (recommend!). Staff was knowledgable, helpful and courteous. We stayed two nights...also recommend. We took the train in from London, went straight to the hotel, dropped... More

Staying here for two nights. Continental breakfast is included and we have a lovely four poster bed. The location is perfect with the town centre being a couple of mins away. Really enjoying ourselves. We will stay at the hotel again. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, good location and comfortable bed. Great breakfast service and menu. No elevator and steep stairs, so ask for room in first floor if your knees are troubling you. 200 letters are to much to ask for trip advisor, sooooooooooooo

Just visited with the whole family of 5 and stayed comfortably in the family room, which thankfully has air con as it was quite a warm day. Service was very good and friendly. The only note would be to provide breakfast as a buffet as we have shy teenagers who were really hungry but didn't want to ask for extra.... More

Thank you for your review, I am glad you liked our large family room and appreciated the air con, we don't have much use for it generally in the UK but it is good to have on these odd occasions where we actually get some hot weather! I'm sorry your teenagers were too shy to ask for more breakfast, we... More

Lovely stay for one night, we wished we had booked for 2-3 nights. Great location. We had a family room downstairs which very roomy. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Good service and friendly staff, with a great atmosphere very close to city centre and nice walk.

Thank you so much for your great review, I'm so pleased you liked our large family room, it's not often you get so much space in a room in the city centre, so we're pleased you enjoyed that aspect. We're also happy you enjoyed breakfast, the bed, the location and the staff. Do come again. More
