My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at Brocks Guest House's Honeymoon Suite, and it was a perfect start to our honeymoon :) It's a short taxi ride from the train station, but if you're travelling light and don't mind the slight uphill terrain and cobbled pavements, you could probably walk! (We took a taxi as we had lots... more

I stayed for three nights (Room 1). Brock's is very convenient, clean and quiet. Breakfast is especially good, with a really flexable approach to one's fancies by the excellent team of Richard and Sammy.(the home made Granola was a real hit with me....I now have the recipe!) I liked having a bath (the curse of many single rooms is being... more

We had a great stay our 2 nights at the Brocks Guest House. Sammy and Richard were very hospitable and answered any questions we had about Bath and our next trip to London. The location is perfect for Bath and close enough to anything you want to get to. The room (#2) was a good size and although we had... more

We stayed at Brocks to celebrate my mother in laws 70th birthday. She grew up in Bath and it was important to us that we found somewhere special. In Brocks, we certainly found that special place. It has a fabulous location, and the Guest house itself didn't disappoint. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and every need was catered for. Richard,... more

Brock's was excellent! It was our first time in Bath and Sammy & Richard made our stay great. They're fun, polite, very helpful and great hosts. The guest house was very traditional and in keeping with the city. The food was really tasty and we were made to feel relaxed and welcome throughout our stay. Recommend it to anyone visiting... more

Room 3 was just gorgeous (and the other pictures on the website looked pretty good too)! What a pleasure to have really nice pieces of furniture rather than the usual tat. Great location, really friendly and helpful hosts, delicious breakfast. What more could one want? more

Very good B & B in the centre of Bath, right between the famous Royal Crescent and the Circus. We walked in on a Thursday evening and it looked very nice. Warm welcome by Sammy, Richard made us a breakfast which we could choose from a menu (it turned out to be one of the best breakfasts!). The room was... more

Stayed here for one night in room 3, shower was ok but the towels were yuck! Dirty grey thin horrible more suitable for floorcloths! Bed was comfy and the room was a good size. Not what I would expect at £95 per night. Noisy at night facing the road. Breakfast adequate nothing special but cooked to order. No sign of Sammy... more
