Stayed here for a night recently, It is a magic little place. the room was beautiful, felt like I was in a period drama, beautiful antique furniture and the bathroom was lovely. It's such a pity they don't have a little bar as it would be a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The breakfast was fine, not... More

Stayed here for a night with my family to explore Bath and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and I could not fault it at all. My sister and I stayed in a floral bedroom (The Grafton), the decor was beautiful and our room was so cosy and clean and included all the amenities... More

We stayed here for one night at the end of July and it far exceeded our expectations. Our room - the Beaufort - was a suite on the first floor, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and with two TVs. A short, easy walk away from the centre of Bath, it was a delight to return to our most comfortable accommodation and... More

My wife and I recently stayed here and were extremely happy with the hotel. The hotel staff especially David were extremely helpful and a delight to have a chat with. The perfect place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy the quiet life.

What better recommendation than booking for one night and loving where you're staying so much that you end up staying for two! My husband booked this as a surprise for our Wedding Anniversary and it certainly didn't disappoint! We stayed in one of the Four Poster rooms - Athol - and it was a very spacious room, well appointed, full... More

We spent one night in this lovely hotel. We had a superior double room (Leinster) on the third floor, which was quiet and spacious. As well as tea/coffee in the room there were also complimentary bottles of water. Room was spotless, the bathroom had a bath as well as a shower over and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is within easy... More

This hotel exceeded expectations.Check in was swift and efficient, our room was well appointed with plenty of light and had a lovely big bathroom. Tea, coffee and biscuits were replenished on request and the breakfast was one of the best I have had! We opted for the full English and were not disappointed. The sausages, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes were... More

A gentle stroll along Great Pulteney Street; pass the delights of the fountained Laura Place; window shop on the unique Pulteney Bridge…sneak into the Blue Quail Deli, a superb independent eatery and personal favourite; blissful....’two thumbs up’ indeed!! With thanks. More

We spent 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. David, the receptionist, gave us a warm welcome and carried our bags to our suite on the top floor, which was clean and comfortable and although large was also cosy. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located in a lovely quiet street only a 5... More

Stayed at Dukes for a couple of nights whilst visiting Bath. The hotel has the advantage of being situated in one of the most lovely streets in Bath and the building itself is a wonderful Georgian house. (Hence lots of stairs!). The rooms are decorated sympathetically to the age of the building, extremely clean and all the staff are very... More
