I've been so excited about going back to the Pop Up for our 3rd visit. I'd been counting the sleeps. Being in at the start of the Glastonbury Pop-Up experience, it's wonderful watching it go from strength to strength. Check in went smoothly. It felt like meeting up with old friends, what a welcome! Nev met us. What a character!... More

This was our third time at the Pop up Hotel. Now I know it is expensive but for a "tent" at Glastonbury with all the luxury that comes with it I will not hesitate to go back again and again! Reception was warm and friendly. The support staff who take care of guidance, and general welfare of guests are just... More

My umpteenth visit to Glastonbury and decided I'm getting too old for sleeping in a muddy tent so I booked the pop up hotel. The arrival was smooth and it was great being able to park away from the main car parks. Nev was awesome and the perfect welcome. He saw me to my tent with perfect charm and humour.... More

I had a brilliant stay at the pop up motel for Glastonbury festival 2014. We arrived on the Thursday night and was greeted at a reception and shown a map a directions to out tent. Our tent was a one minute walk from the car, which was perfect for carrying all our stuff to the tent. Our tent was lovely... More

We were a party of two couples in two10' yurts, very expensive for what they were Cloud Houses do a better job and at a lot less money. There were constant issues with water, showers ran out and the loos which are far from luxury. On the plus side the beds were clean comfy and breakfast was good but tailed... More

We decided to stay at the Pop Up Motel for our once in a lifetime Glasto trip. On arrival there was confusion about our tent which was resolved politely and quickly. The 10 minute walk to the festival was very ambitious though. The short cuts that would have made this possible were all blocked off making it a long trek... More

My friends and I have just turned 30, we decided that this year the finer things in life such as flushing toilets and a shower, were just as important as being fully immersed in Glastonbury's festival spirit. Therefore, for £660 we booked a Bell Tent in the Pop Up Motel. We were told to expect luxury toilets and showers and... More

Although there were a couple of positive aspects to our stay, the overall experience and value for money was very disappointing. A conversation we overheard by two employees of the company sums up how they view their customers; one member of staff was complaining to the other that he had to give somebody a refund, his colleague replied, "what as... I stayed there fore 5 days during Glastonbury 2014. The staff were absolutely amazing - always cheerful and willing to help. We were in the "luxury" yurts. The wifi never worked, there was no running water in the loos for 2 days, shower queues and the much touted plug points were just 2 in total, out of which you had... More
