We stayed at the White Horse for 2 nights at £30 pppn. Pretty little village, lovely location. Impressive old pub with smart dining-room and eating area in the bar. Open fire and wood-burner. Staff and locals very friendly. Cider (Chedday Valley and Thatcher's Dry) and red wine were fine. Food's satisfying and well-prepared, and very reasonably priced, with most mains... More

Quiet country pub in a pretty village. Two ensuite rooms upstairs, entered from a separate outside staircase - spacious room, with views over the surrounding countryside.
