We had a very wet couple of days in the Quantock Hills but a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Parsonage Farm. The house is full of books, works by local artists - some of which you can buy - and locally produced pottery. The hosts are very accommodating, the breakfasts excellent. All in all highly recommended, rain or shine.

We love this place and have been coming back here for 17 years. It is homely and easy. We are happier here than almost anywhere else because we can completely unwind. Suki serves up just the right blend of attentiveness and easiness that comes with years of knowing how to get it right. She is a mine of local information... More

We stayed for two nights. Homely with comfortable bed and room. Peaceful location. Good home cooked breakfast with a choice of full English or pancakes made with blueberries and with maple syrup from Vermont (absolutely delicious, you must try them)served with scrambled eggs and bacon or smoked salmon. Suki even served freshly made rhubarb muffins our second morning. Although we... More

Parsonage Farm was perfect; wonderful owners who have opened up their home, allowing you to share in the pleasure of roll top baths, with water heated from the wood burning stove, delicious selection for breakfast and the chance to stay in and devour a supper of local cheeses, home made chutney, bread, and soup. The house is so comfortable and... More

We stopped off here on the way to Cornwall and wished we were staying longer. We were given a friendly welcome including tea and delicious biscuits in the garden; breakfast the next morning was equally good, with choices including pancakes and maple syrup (eggs from the Parsonage Farm hens). In between we enjoyed strolling and reading in the lovely garden,... More

Well, we are not in California but this B&B in the beautiful Quantock Hills has the best vibrations this side of the Atlantic. Must be something to do with its location directly facing the Glastonbury Tor...I loved it so much back in February than I have just been back for my second visit. Suki, who runs it, makes you feel... More

Our stay in Parsonage Farm couldn't have been nicer. The building itself is beautiful and the rooms and bathrooms are of a very good standard. The food is exceptional - we not only had a delicious breakfast beside the open fire with homemade everything, but we had dinner by the fire also with our friends who we had travelled with.... More

Parsonage Farm was warm, friendly and relaxing. It had a family feel to it and was great for a quiet time, away from it all. There was plenty of reading matter, and some interesting things for sale (including the most amazing socks). The superb breakfasts could only have been improved by the availability of espresso coffee. There is nothing much... More
