A bit of a devil to find if you are driving, tucked away as it is up a side street and through a courtyard but if you find St Julian’s Centre then stand with your back to it, you should see the sign. Also Shrewsbury is a bit of a pain to find a parking space in (the downside of... More

Me and my partner stayed in room 5 for a night after visiting back in May time but being unable to get any accommodation for the night so this time we booked in advance. Shrewsbury is a beautiful old-worldy town anyway and our accommodation matched. We had a lovely double bed, en-suite facilities with a shower and lovely low-lying windows... More

Perfect central location in walking distance from the train station and above the pub! Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly welcome. Room includes tea and coffee, some rooms en suite, some with shared bathroom.

From when we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and so cosy. Huge TV and comfortable bed. What more could you want. Although situated in the centre of the town it was amazingly quiet. The guy on the bar was a credit to the hotel and looked after us when we ate there in... More

I stayed here a couple of days ago just for the one night. I had a lovely friendly welcome. Considering the Hotel is smack bang in the town centre my room was really nice and very quiet and peaceful, all I woke up to was the sound of the birds singing. The owner was so kind and helpful at breakfast... More

Stayed here for the second time in March. The hotel is well located for the centre of Shrewsbury, just a few minutes walk from the town centre and pubs/restaurants. It doesn't have its own car park, which means you need to park 5-10 minutes walk away in the Wyle Cop public car at the bottom of the hill, which isn't... More
