Recently returned from Cromwells......nice,clean accommodation, but as its above an extremely busy bar and restaurant you won't get a good sleep!.....however, it's a nice place, good food, excellent staff and very central for a night out in Shrewsbury

Warm inviting wine bar/ restaurant - was welcomed by Damien and shown straight to room - I knew in advance it would be quite noisy as over the bar and on main rd ( room 2) so no problem there. Comfy bed excellent shower with small wall mounted TV. Little short on plug sockets though - had to unplug kettle... More

Nice friendly atmosphere, warm welcome and quick service with drinks! Toilets were clean and tidy. Saturday night was very good here, plenty of guests enjoying themselves. The candles that are lit have a great ambience to the venue- we will be back

The double bedroom is small but cozy and nicely decorated with exposed and seems original oak beams. The ensuite... More

Excellent location and great value for money very cosy and clean, full of 'nooks and crannies' and old world charm. Restaurant was good with quick service. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
