Good points - Staff are great, the setting is lovely and, contrary to other reviewers, the food we had was great (no fluke either as we had all our meals there). Bad points - the communal areas are seriously shabby and grotty. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls and the sofas are worn and grubby. Our room was clean... more

Good course with excellent greens (especially for the time of year) and a fair challenge for all catagories of golfer. Hotel has good food plus very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size and clean. Even sells pedigree (my favourite beer) Well worth a visit - we (two of us) enjoyed it very much. more

I booked this hotel using Ryan Air.com, We only needed some where to stay for a night , for the price the hotel gave us a lake side room for my whole family, beautiful views of the lake and golfing range. breakfast was wonderful.
