Norfolk Arm is one of the few (in my experience) pub in Sheffield (and nearby) to have a proper garden (grass, not concrete with view on the car park!) to enjoy these sunny days. The view from the garden is amazing and there is space for tenth of people...but: Lincence for drinks is only for the first half of the... More

In a nut shell, my poor review, which I'm really sad to write is based solely around truely terrible customer service. The blonde bar staff and blonde manager were stroppy, unhelpful, with no regard for their customers. Good customer service costs nothing, as does a smile...totally free. Now I'm one very polite guy, and I understand when people have a... More

We knew there wasn't many big hotels In the area so the number of accommodations available wouldn't be great, but we were not expecting everything to be fully booked! It was... More

We visited a wedding at the Norfolk Arms recently and were blown away by the food, the accommodation and the staff. The menu was simple, toad in the hole, onion gravy on arrival with a main course of pie and peas. All of which was so tasty and well presented. The staff were all friendly and couldn't do enough to... More

Had read a couple of good reviews for the Norfolk Arms over the past few years and always meant to visit bit never found the right time. Decided to pop in today following a really nice walk up from Whirlow. Plenty of space to sit inside or out even if there is a private function making use of the premises... More

Hi Philip, Thanks for your kind words and for bringing this wi-fi issue to our attention. We certainly don't "deliberately" turn the wi-fi off at any point, and this is the first time the issue has been mentioned. It is possible that there may be a problem somewhere in our system. We'll investigate this with a view to ensuring the... More

15 of us booked in for a meal following a walk in the countryside after work. after a strenuous walk we were very hungry and looking forward to what looked like an excellent choice - wide menu, plenty for vegetarians, sightly expensive but we thought worth paying for a special treat for my birthday. started well - the pub itself...
