We stayed at the Psalter for one night recently. At £49 for a double room it really is excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning - I even got vegetarian sausages which is extremely rare. Highly recommended. more

We've stayed in lots of b&bs in Sheffield and there's no doubt - this is the best so far! Warm, well-furnished and decorated, we had a lovely big room with en-suite shower room and comfy king-sized bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and breakfast was great (especially the fruit salad!) more

A lovely house, very clean with more than one would expect from a B&B. Sheila is a wonderful host with a wealth of knowledge. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
