Stayed here for a night in April, nice hotel with great breakfast bang in the centre, parking is a little hard to find and don't rely on the sat nav its about £9 to park in the NCP its locked at 10pm and secure opens at 8am, the hotel credit your parking token . quite and clean room well worth... This hotel was good value for money. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the bed was comfy and I had a good night's sleep. I also felt safe and secure. Bathroom rather cramped with wash basin outside.

Fantastic stay as always with the exception of the elephant that appeared to be staying in the room above us!!! Checking in was no problem and the staff was friendly... she didn't inform us of the Good Night Sleep policy though!

Booked overnight stay for son's birthday, got a really good rate and were pleased that the standard exceeded our expectations. Despite being near to the city centre, we had excellent night's sleep, very quiet and first class room. Staff very helpful and even had a chat with the manager, all very friendly, will return.
