This hotel is very difficult to find as it is located in the middle of Sheffields nightmare one way system! Head for the city center and its located behind the large Primark. Stayed a Saturday night and very happy with this hotel. Had booked a double room but, as we checked in early, it wasn't ready and the receptionist allocated us a family room, as we needed to change and leave quickly. Room was not clean, the noise from outside and the staff was really loud and I couldn't sleep. The food was poor I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. The receptionist was really quite rude and continued her conversation with a colleague and ignored me. more

Spent one night at the Premier Travel Inn with 2 small children. Found the rooms very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly at breakfast when they went out of their way to help me with the kids - something you rarely find in a lot of hotels.
