When in Sheffield we always stay at The Garrison.An affordable accomadation that is both comfortable and relaxing.The staff are very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well appointed.The beds are very comfortable and as the hotel is just off a very busy road once you have closed your door its very quiet.The hotel is a real value for your money.

We stayed at the Garrison Hotel in Sheffield in November as it did state it was wheel chair friendly but to get from the rooms to the bar/restaurant area you have to be pushed up a very steep hill so if you were on your own you would not be able to manage to get from one to the other.... More

Friendly helpufl staff on reception allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Rooms a little dated and basic but clean, warm and quiet. Unusual layout as a Hotel, rooms clustered around a courtyard!! A really nice bar area and friendly bar staff. Overall good value for money, definitely stay again if in Sheffield.

what a fantastic hotel, with lots of character we stayed here while my daughter was having a brain op at the hallamshire hospital, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, the food was excellent and freshly cooked to order, the room was spotless, would definately recommend, we will certainly stay again, was easy to find

This hotel is badly signposted and with very poor parking. We arrived for an overnight stay and wish we hadn't bothered.
