The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre, across a busy road, within 0.5 mile walk of the city centre. I've stayed at the park inn 3 times in the past month on business. It's in a good location about 10 minutes walk from the city centre, although the area immediately surrounding it isn't sheffields finest. Check in has always been speedy with no problems. I would have thought the hotel is 60s/70s design which is in the process of being modernised. Our room was clean and tidy, with a good quality bathroom.
