I stay at a number of Premier Inns as my company considers them good value and a decent place to stay. This ones room was up to the usual good standard. Stayed one night. Everything went ok. Paid by credit card . However, contacted by my credit card company a few days later to advise that there had been attempted fraud using my card. Good room with decent view of city centre - excellent location. Staff seemed distracted and the reception was blasted with the loudest music I have come across in a hotel lobby. The lifts were in need of a thorough clean. Good breakfast though. Overall I would stay again but it wouldn't take much to move this hotel up the rankings. more
