This hotel is in a good spot apart from the 5 minute walk from the underground car park, the staff were really friendly too hence the one star. Before I start: This hotel is saved by its lovely, radiant and friendly staff.....breakfast served by the lovely smiley Marina was a particular joy. The hotel itself was I guess once trendy, but that was when Simon Dee was a star, where bebop was it and where every young buck owned a e-type jag. Sadly Best Western have not bothered... More

Booked in after moving from another hotel, staff so helpful and friendly. I was able to leave suitcase at 7am as room wasn't ready, nothing was too much trouble for reception staff On evening I got to a clean warm room, had everything I needed after a hard day exhibiting at BeerX

This Hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Sheffield. With not being highly visible it would often get missed. The staff are friendly and happy to oblige in extras (champagne and flowers in the room as a surprise for my partner. Its very well priced so you get what you pay for, the rooms are clean and well maintained,... More

I found my stay very pleasant the staff were very friendly even gave us a complementary room upgrade. Everything was clean and tidy in general but the place is very dated. I feel like the old fashioned carpets could do with a lift and a new touch of paint. The decor looks like it needs updating. However I would stay... More

Really great value for money for a city center location. Really really friendly staff and the room was clean, warm and inviting with a comfy bed!! We stayed as we were seeing a concert at the Motor point! It was only £6 in a taxi so great value! GOOD TIMES!!!

Acing stadium at the hotel 5 years ago we decided to go for it. I use a wheelchair due to a breathing problem. First hitch four steps up to the door no ramp. Second hitch was that the breakfast broom was down 14 steps lift didn't go down there. To be fair they did arrange for us to order breakfast... More
