Went to gig in Sheffield. Sleep hotel was walking distance from gig. (The Plug. Under 1 mile away) 3 guys. Just wanted somewhere to crash out after the gig. There's a telly, coffee and tea making facilities. Beds are clean and comfortable. Overall great value. Will definitely use again for Sheffield city centre venue.

We wanted this hotel for a place to stay after a night out. We were told we could use the code for the door at any time, and just to make sure we were quiet when we returned. We stayed in room 7, were welcomed by Sharon, the manager, and then were left to our own devices :) We had... More

The Sleep Hotel is an ultra-low budget hotel. The toilet and bathroom facilities are shared (one to each floor); the rooms have beds, towels and a kettle for tea/coffee, but no carpet, TV, shampoo or sink; and there are no staff visible. Apparently there are staff nearby, but you are sent the door combination code when you book in and... More

Bed is unsleepable on. Old style mattress. Could not sleep, which, given the hotel's name, it's quite ironic. No shampoo. No desk. about 4 metre squared of space. Dark and in a bad state of repair. Only good thing is location. But avoid at all costs.

As a budget hotel we do not provide shampoo, shower gels we just provide tea/coffee in all rooms. If the customer had stated the need for a desk we would have put them in a room with one. We leave a note on each bed stating "if you are unhappy with any aspect of your stay please let us know... More

My boyfriend booked this B and B for us to go and watch Lee Evans. I phoned up the night before and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and did everything to help but then we arrived at the B and B. First impressions... Run down, maybe the inside won't be so bad! Walked around the back and... More

We state that we do not have a 24hrs reception and leave a flyer in each room to say " if you are not happy with any aspect of your stay please let us know etc". We heard nothing from this customer at all and were given no chance to rectify any issues. The room appeared to have been used.... More

The rooms are wide and some comes with their own bathroom. Overall the rooms are neat, tidy and clean. It gives you a cozy feeling when you enter the room. Rooms are fitted with heater and that makes it feels nice and warmth even though temperature outside is really cold. Room services comes everyday and replenishes all the supplies everyday.... More

The best kind of bed and breakfast, to my mind, is one where the owners live there themselves, or at least stay there most of the day. The bed and breakfast should be more than just a bed to sleep on at a cheaper rate than a hotel. It should represent an opportunity to gain some local, personal insight into... More

We are very sorry that this customer was unhappy. We wish that during the 6 days they stayed they had let us know of their issues and we would have happily addressed them. We leave a flyer on each bed which states "If you are unhappy with any aspect please let us know and we will be happy to assist... More
