A group of 3 of us booked and paid for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment here. We arrived to discover our apartment had only 1 bathroom. The building manager indicated that it had nothing to do with her and we should contact the person that took our booking [ that was the last we saw of the building... More

My company booked apartments here based on the online information about the apartments. Needless to say, what the apartments actually are like are nothing like the pictures or the descriptions online. There is no hot water. It is a beat up, not well maintained, not well located and definitely not worth your money. The craziest part is that the building manager is... More

I booked a stay here for 2 nights in June 2014. After looking at their website I thought it looked like a great place, good value for money and great location. I was only to be proved completely wrong! When we arrived there was no room key with with our name on in the safe where you are supposed to... More

We tried to stay here for 4 nights in early April 2014. We paid £316 up front and were told that apartments had car parking facilities, it also states 'Car Parking' on their web site. It should state 'Limited Car Parking' as when we got there we could not park the car as their limited spaces 6/7 were full. We... More

The actual room (when you finally get entry) is OK, a little tired (bed not great) but I actually had a pretty good nights sleep. The real issue is the STUPID system of no check in post 17.00 I had to make 3 calls to be given guidance to get into the building and also where to park. The neighbourhood... More

Room is tired, not many basic supplies left for you(no soap?!), tea bags had water stains on them obviously old leftovers, remote had batteries missing. Bed is soft and bouncy with 2 flat pillows. This is... More

Overpriced and terrible condition, hardly anything works(stayed on several occasions and never had working dishwasher or cooker) no hot water most days. They have cut corners to save money at every opportunity, including watering down washing up liquid and not fixing anything that's broken (eg. Have stayed in one room over a three year period and bin has been broken... More

I stayed in Number 18 on my business travel. Clean and tidy apartment fully equipped, good. Although I haven’t seen builders or painters, corridor looks like in working progress; ceiling missing and walls require painting. There was hot water issues but once reported to building manager was solved within 3 hours. Cleaning is taking place once a week only but... More
