Stayed for one night with husband and two children. Lovely pool with sauna/steam room. Bar area and food really lovely and highly recommended. In a great central location. Rooms a little on the small side for 4 people but still comfortable.

Stayed here for three nights. Was in Room 1306. Great views. Checkin staff were probably the most helpful and polite I have come across for a long time. A few of the lady checkin staff were Spanish. I was on the top floor. beautiful room, very modern, with great amenities. Wifi was free. The bathroom and toilet were apart, the... More

Stayed in the hotel for about three nights and it was a nice experience. The rooms are neat and tidy and the front office staff are really helpful. I had to go for a early check in on the date of check in as the flight landed early in the morning. The hotel staff accommodated my request for early check... More

Stayed over a Saturday night in an Executive room, very good price, the room was spotless and large with a small fridge and complimentary water.I was on the 8th floor having asked for a room on a high floor, the view from the 2 huge windows was good but can imagine it must be more spectacular higher up, I've stayed... Well presented hotel, welcoming staff and comfortable room. Well located for rail station and town centre. Discount available for using NSP parking still cost £12 a night. Weird one way system queued for a while behind the taxis for the station before finding the carpark. All of the facilities were clean and fresh looking. Good breakfast. Could do with a... More

Dear Robin Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am glad that overall you enjoyed your stay. As you say, we do have a discounted parking arrangement with a nearby carpark and it is £12 instead of £20. Regards Stuart Cox Hotel Manager More

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.Room clean and very well thought out. Everything we wanted. Pool and spa facilities excellent. The only down side was that we did not know at booking that they had own car park at £14 per 24 hours so we paid £32.20 at a nearby car park, would have been better to have... Arrived rather stressed after finding that car park directions weren't the easiest to follow. And when we did find it, it was full! Clean, comfortable room. Rather odd having separate WC with no hand basin? The downside was the incredibly hot room despite the AC. Hate to think what summer months are like. Having to swipe your key card in... More

Had a room on the top floor for a two night stay, room was clean. The bathroom and toilet are separate which I personally don't like the toilet room was small and you have to squeeze down the side of the loo so you can shut the door behind you also there is no sink in there either so when... More

Having stayed he before and other novotels it wasn't much of a surprise. Clean, well appointed and a bargain despite not personally paying. Only gripe was reception. Multi lingual they may be but English was not their strong point. Colleague had problems checking in and only caused by lack of English as first language. Xbox in reception had seen better... More

Bright and modern hotel 2 minutes walk from Reading rail station, very handy for travelling into London. Also 2 minutes walk to the car parks. Receptionists were pleasant and efficient and even called me in the room to check all was okay! The room was bright with all modern conveniences including fridge and lovely comfortable bed.
