First impressions of the hotel are good, nice location near to Theake business park and in a rural setting. My partner and I stayed here as we bought the deal on group on. From start to finish it was a nightmare! Pubic hairs in the beds, only 1 side lamp worked in the room, room service arrived cold, staff were rude and to top it all of the rooms were disgusting!!!!!
